How it works
Five steps from “we need this” to “this is exactly what we approved.” The written acceptance criteria are the spine of all of it.
- 1
Pick an outcome and configure it
Choose a deliverable from the catalog — a landing page, an article pack, a welcome sequence — and set the options that matter: platform, tone, tier. You're buying a defined result, not hours.
- 2
Review the acceptance criteria
Every outcome ships with a written checklist: the exact, testable criteria your delivery will be judged against. Read it before you pay. If it's on the list, we owe it to you; if it matters to you and it isn't on the list, don't order until it is.
- 3
Pay the fixed price
The price on the page is the price you pay — no estimates, no hourly drift, no surprise line items. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where a category hasn't opened for ordering yet, you can reserve a slot instead and we'll confirm before any charge.
- 4
Production, with status updates
Work starts against your approved criteria and you can follow the status as it moves — drafting, specialist review, ready for delivery. No chasing, no wondering whether anyone has started.
- 5
Accept against the criteria — or request a revision
When your delivery arrives, check it against the checklist you approved. If every criterion is met, you accept and you're done. If one isn't, request a revision and we fix it free.
Revisions, in plain terms
Defect fixes are free
New scope is a change order
This line is why the criteria exist. It keeps “fix what you owe me” free and “build me more” honest — with no argument about which is which.
Express and Studio
Two production tiers, one quality bar. The tier changes how the work is produced and how fast it arrives — never the criteria it must meet.
Express — 24–72 hours
AI-drafted, human-verified
Studio — 1–2 weeks
Human-produced, AI-accelerated
Who does the work
Every delivery carries the name of the senior specialist who signed off on it. Specialists are vetted by work-sample assessment — they earn their place by producing, not by writing a good profile — and each holds a limited number of production slots, so no one is juggling forty clients while yours slips.
AI drafts; specialists judge, correct, and take responsibility. You never have to pick the person, vet the portfolio, or manage the relationship. That’s our job. Yours is to approve the criteria and accept the result.
How the work gets done — no fine print
AI drafts the work. A named senior specialist reviews it and signs off on every deliverable.
We never hide it, because it’s the whole point: the AI gives you speed, and the specialist’s sign-off gives you certainty. Nothing ships until a vetted human puts their name on it.
