For specialists

A bench, not a bidding war

VerSwift doesn’t run an open marketplace where you race to underbid the next freelancer. Each category holds a limited number of vetted specialist slots. Get one, and the work comes to you — no proposals, no client vetting, no chasing invoices.

  1. 1

    Apply with real work

Show us portfolio links and, if you have one, a work sample. We vet by a work-sample assessment — you earn a slot by producing, not by writing a good profile.

  2. 2

    Slots are limited on purpose

Every category caps how many specialists it holds, so nobody on the bench is juggling forty clients while yours slips. We’re building a founding bench: demand concentrates on a small number of vetted people instead of spreading thin across an open pool. We can’t promise a guaranteed volume of work up front — but limited slots mean the work that does come in concentrates on you, not on a crowd of competing bidders.

  3. 3

AI drafts, you finish and sign off

On our Express tier, AI produces a first draft against the buyer’s approved acceptance criteria. It routes to you — you review it, correct it, bring it up to your standard, and put your name on it. You get paid for that work. The AI never ships anything unsupervised and it never replaces the specialist; it exists to make your review faster, not to cut you out.

  4. 4

    We own the client relationship

VerSwift handles sales, scoping, the acceptance-criteria contract, and the guarantee. You don’t negotiate price, chase a signature, or absorb a dispute — you produce against a spec that’s already been agreed to before it reaches you.

How payment works

Paid per accepted deliverable

You’re paid for work the buyer accepts against the criteria they already approved — not for hours logged or proposals written.

Payout after acceptance

Payout is released once the buyer accepts the delivery. No invoicing a client directly, no collections, no negotiating your own rate deal by deal.

No membership fees, no bidding

There’s no subscription to hold a slot and no fee to apply. You don’t bid against other specialists for the same job — once you’re on the bench for a category, assignments in that category route to you directly, within your stated weekly capacity.
